Yes! We regularly work with clients that approach us with plans/designs. In fact, you're one step ahead! We will gladly work in tandem with your designer or architect.

Yes. Many banks and lenders will provide construction loans that work similarly to a mortgage. You will be required to work with a licensed contract and have a formal contract. We carry all requirements that your bank will need. We do this regularly and will work in tandem with your lender to approve your loan.

Yes. We are fully licensed home improvement contractors and new home builders. Please contact us, and we will provide all of our licensing documents.

We are priced at a competitive market rate with comparable contractors. Often times we are priced below our competition.
